Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to SHAMOFENG.com! All our products come with a 12 month warranty and can be returned for free for approved reasons within 30 days of delivery! The same warranty applies to replacement products. Please contact us if you have any questions! How do I return an item and get a refund/exchange? 

Step 1: Please contact our SHAMOFENG customer service (Contact Us) and provide the reason and necessary pictures or videos to verify your order problem. 

Step 2: Our customer service team investigates and provides a resolution in accordance with our policies. 

Step 3: Both parties agree on a solution, and our customer service team provides return information (please do not send your return to the sender address on the package). We will process your return and refund within 48 hours ask. 

Step 4: Return the product (if necessary). Once the return is received at our warehouse, our customer service team will process a refund/exchange. You will receive your refund within 2-14 business days. The exact time depends on your card issuer.

一. Reasons for free returns

Return reasons:

1. DOA (Dead on Arrival): If damaged, you can directly refuse to accept it

2. Wrong item sent: Please provide us with clear pictures of the item, SKU/PN number and all shipping labels on the package

3. Not as described: Please provide us with some photos to show the problem

4. Quality issues: Please provide some pictures or videos to verify

5. Missing parts: Please provide some pictures or videos to verify

Note: In case of the above return situation, please contact us and provide necessary pictures or videos. After verification, we will provide you with a suitable solution.

二. Reasons for not supporting free returns

Return reasons:

1. Arrived too late: VEVOR will not provide free returns if the delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond our control.

2. Don’t want/need/don’t like:

Changed my mind after receiving the goods/wrong order/price change/

Doesn’t meet my expectations/paid high shipping costs/can’t find a better product

3. No instructions or non-standard instructions: Please contact us for help

4. User error: Any damage caused by improper user operation is not covered by warranty/wrong purchase

Note: For the above returns, the buyer will bear the return and restocking costs.

三. How long will it take for me to receive the refund?

Payment method

1. Credit card: Within 3-15 working days after receiving the refund email (depending on your card issuer) we will not charge you any handling fee

2. PayPal: Within up to 48 hours after receiving the refund email
